Nandu’s finances

Nandu gets funded completely through donations and incidental project – relates subsides.

The yearly current turnover is about 2.500€.

If you are glad that you don´t get a donation-message every week from Nandu into you mailbox, you can reward this more easily fundraising-methodic with a donation :-)

But now to the other part of the game: What is going to happen with Nandu’s money?

At the present time we pay from our money mainly action material, flyer- and sticker prints, stand charges and sometimes travelling costs for non-privileged Nandistas.

To decide for what the money should be given, we founded the finance-team and the following conception hereinafter:

Cast of the finance-team:

  • Is composed of 4 people who also should be included to the orga-team (to keep the overview)
  • Rotation-process: everyone stays in the team for one year, 2 changes in spring, 2 in autumn
  • Actual cast: Clara& Fred ( change on 01.04.2010) and Luis& Angy (change 01.10.10)

Tasks of finance-team

  • Financial management (account management, bookkeeping) –also delegable to non-team-members
  • To regard that we don´t get insolvent and if necessary look for better fundraising in the hole network
  • Over expenses to 100€ can be decided on their own (this decisions and get criticized and done better next time)
  • From 100 – 500€ decisions are just realizable in dialogue with the orga-team
  • Decisions over expenses over 500€ can be done just after a veto-possibility through the network-list

     

The tasks and the rotation-process can get changed in consensus to the orga-team (after giving the chance to protest on the orga-list and the network)
